Here are some useful points of information to have available when completing your application;

REQUIRED APPLICATION INFORMATION

• Business Trading Name

• Contact Details for the Onsite Contact (Mandatory), Marketing Contact (optional), Accounts Contact (optional) You can request to change this later if needed.

• Your Business Products and/or Services list

OPTIONAL APPLICATION INFORMATION

Should you not have the files available now, you can upload these through your account up to 3 weeks before the show.

FOOD TRADERS 2027 REQUIREMENT

Please note that the new food trader certification documents will be required with any Food area applications. 

TRADE ADMISSION TICKETS

Tickets will be allocated based on your choice of trade stand space. You will recieve your tickets from Megatix after the 15th February 2027. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder in case the email is filtered.

Please note you can purchase additional passes when applying or via the Woolorama website. 

You can complete your Business Profile on the site.and edit it from your Account page.

Please note that the Trade Application Late Fee will be applied from 18th November 2026.

Your allocated passes will be emailed to you from Megatix once your site allocation is confirmed. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder in case the email is filtered.

If you have purchased Telehandler Lifts:

Please email tradefair@woolorama.com.au to book your allocated time slot for a smooth bump-in and bump-out process. If we do not receive a requested time slot you will be allocated a vacant time slot. These will be strictly adhered to.

• Sun 28th: 10:00am - 2:00pm (No Telehandler on site)

• Mon 1st: 9:00am - 3:00pm (No Telehandler on site)

• Tue 2nd: 9:00am - 3:00pm

• Wed 3rd: 9:00am - 3:00pm

• Thu 4th: 6:00am - 6:00pm

• Fri 5th: STRICTLY NO BUMP-IN - On site, ready to operate by 9:00am

• Sat 6th: STRICTLY NO BUMP-IN - On site, ready to operate by 9:00am

Bump-out Times

• Sat 6th: 5:00pm STRICTLY NO BUMP-OUT PRIOR

• Sun 7th: 9:00am - 3:00pm

• Mon 8th: 9:00am - 12:00pm

• Tue 9th: 9:00am - 12:00pm

It is the Trade Fair Exhibitor's responsibilty to ensure ALL staff and contractors (organised by the Trade Fair Exhibitor) compelete the online induction. The induction is located below under "Documents"

NO Silly String or Flick Knives may be sold on the show grounds.

NO roofs are allowed on marquees on indoor sites (Home and Lifestyle Pavilion).

Ensure that your contractors are familiar with ALL Terms and Conditions.
