  1. Competitors must adhere to schedule
  2. Items are judged on presentation, taste and texture. Presentation gains points before food is tasted
  3. All items are to be displayed on flat cardboard with glad oven bags and ties. No paper/plastic plates, glad wrap, sticky tape or doilies.
  4. No packet cakes

Spiced Apple Tea Cake
Ingredients Topping Method
¾ cup sugar 2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced Grease and line cake tin. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and beat well.
60gm butter Castor sugar Fold in sifted flour and milk. Pour into tin.
1 egg Cinnamon Arrange apple slices on top of mixture. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
1 ½ cup S.R flour  
Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
