Annual General Meeting

Be part of a vibrant regional community organisation that hosts WAs largest regional Agricultural Show.

The Wagin Agricultural Society Inc will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 27th July 2021, at 7 pm in the Society Boardroom at the Wagin Recreation Centre.  All members are invited to attend also interested members of the public.

Nominations for Committee
Members are invited to nominate for the Wagin Agricultural Society Committee.  Please do so in writing and return to the Secretary by Saturday 24 July 2021.  Your written notice must include a signature by another WAS member in support of the nomination. A nomination template to assist is available below.

Committee Delegate & Sub Committee Positions are:

•    President
•    Vice-President
•    Immediate Past-President
•    Treasurer
•    Secretary

Executive Committee
President, Vice President, Immediate Past President, and up to 3 committee members

Finance Sub-Committee
President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and at least 2 other committee members

Delegate positions:
•    Sportsground Advisory Management Committee
•    Shire of Wagin Council
•    Local Emergency Management
•    Liaison with Shire RE Youth Centre & Parking
